Email is the fastest way to get a useful answer, especially for anything about a plant’s condition — you can attach photos, and we can send some back.

We reply within one business day and usually the same day. Messages that arrive over a weekend are answered on Monday.

Before you write, it helps to include

• Order number for anything to do with an existing order.
• Photos for any question about a plant’s health — the whole plant, the affected part, and the roots if you can see them.
• Where the plant lives: light, room temperature, how often you water, and whether it has been repotted.

With those three things we can usually tell you what is happening in the first reply instead of the third.

Claims and returns

If a plant arrived damaged, photograph it in the opened box before unpacking any further and email us the same day. Everything we cover is set out in the 30-Day Plant Guarantee, and the process is in the Return & Refund Policy.

Wholesale and collaborations

We supply small volumes to shops and studios, and we are happy to talk about collaborations. Use the Business Inquiries page and tell us roughly what you are after and when you need it.

Visiting

We are a shipping operation rather than a shop floor, so we are not set up for walk-in visits. The address above is our business address. Approved returns are sent back with the prepaid label included in your parcel, once we have confirmed the return by email.
